This wonderful red fish is fished by our friends in Castletownbere and Kilkeel. It can be cooked whole or filleted.
If you would like your fish filleted please leave a note for your fishmonger.
Whole fish will be approximately 1.5kg in total weight and will arrive scaled and gutted.
