Bottarga Trikalinos is made exclusively from Mulet Lippu fish eggs, which are known for their exceptional quality. Its preparation is the result of a balanced salting, preservative-free. Bottarga is then enveloped in natural beeswax. It reveals a sublime delicacy, with a good length in the mouth.
