Our friend and wine merchant Albert Baginski from Solera Wine Merchants has paired each of the dishes with one of his fabulous wines.
This week we have selected Picpoul de Pinet which is a super classic seafood wine from the Landudec in the south of France that will suit all the dishes on the starters and mains.
