SEAFOOD TERRINE DE CAMPAGNE
This our take on that French classic. Using Tuna, organic salmon, Prawn & Sole and rapped using Fingal Ferguson’s streaky bacon.
Each terrine will serve 6-8 people with leftovers for snacks. Each dish comes with Pineapple Piccalilli and just add some crusty bread and some simple leaves to fish off.
