Cold smoked over beech wood fire, this traditionally cured wild Salmon is unlike farmed salmon.
The texture is firm and buttery, with no “fishy” taste. No need to serve with lemon.
Caught in the south of Ireland by a traditional 5th generation Salmon fishing family, just as they head upriver from the ocean, they are at their absolute best eating. With full belly fat, bright, silver scales and torpedo like form, they have not yet begun to expend energy by morphing into river fish as they are fresh from their epic Atlantic adventure.
A smooth and creamy smoked trout pate 125g, made with hot smoked trout and blended with cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Above all the pate is packed full of flavour and a great source of omega 3.
