This is a dish that we almost always have on The Seafood Cafe menu and recently we have been doing from the Salty Buoy Food truck with great response from everyone so while Salty is not in everyones 5k we have decided to give you a pimped version to try at home.

Their will be a little more cooking with this one as you will need to sear your own scallops but fear not. Niall will be doing little video that we will email out with some tips to get that perfect sear and caramelisation. Niall will also be cooking this dish live on Ireland Am on Tuesday morning.

 

  • This meal feeds 3-4
  • Meal will arrive between Wednesday and Thursday by 5pm
    • Suitable to keep in fridge up to 3 days
    • Suitable to Freeze

Please note that any other items ordered along with the Seafood Supper will be delivered with it unless indicated otherwise by adding a note to your order.  If you are placing an order for delivery outside of Dublin or on the outskirts of Dublin we utilise an external shipping company so please allow an extra 1-2 days to receive your delivery.
